Welcome to #TeamTrigger and the Juice Plus+ Company! We are excited to kick off this business training with the intention of teaching you the basic tools to get your business moving quickly. Our company's motto is “One Team-One Mission”, and you have a strong support network that includes your sponsoring upline, team leaders, corporate headquarters and other distributors on our team. Some of you may be brand new Distributors and some may have already reached new promotions, either way we're in this together! Our intention is to teach you how simple this business can be so you in turn can Duplicate quickly and teach your downline. This is a self paced training so go through this as quickly as you would like.

3. Housekeeping

You should have received an initial email verifying that you are signing up as a distributor.   Once you accept and submit, you will receive another welcome email with your username and password. If you already logged on and set things up, check this off.

Once you are on your Virtual Office, you can set up your personal Juice Plus+ and Tower Garden websites. These are the websites you will give to friends, family and other prospects for them to learn more and/or order their Juice Plus+ products. Once you have a solid start to this list, you will have a 45 minute call with your sponsor to dive into verbiage and a texting blitz! We will help you learn what to say.

Even before you know WHAT to say – the important factor is WHO to talk to. VERY IMPORTANT! If you haven’t already started a list of names to share Juice Plus+ with, it’s time to commit to this activity. Turn to the Memory Jogger in your Starter Guide or go to Prospects on your Virtual Office and start adding names electronically. If your goal is to Fast Track to Virtual Franchisee and then continue on to Sales Coordinator, work to writing down  at least 200 names. Don’t think you know that many people? Look at your friends list on Facebook, Twitter, or any social media source. Think of family, old school friends, neighbors, colleagues, church friends, the mailman, your Starbucks Barista, people you do business with – EVERYONE you love and care about. Don’t prejudge – it’s our responsibility to offer solutions – we just want to hear them say YES to learning more, so they can make an educated decision. I like to list mine in two groups – local and long distance. You can invite local friends to local events and then share JP with long-distance friends over the phone and Facebook. 

NEXT STEP: WRITE NAMES AND THEN STAR 5 PEOPLE YOU WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MORE OF IN YOUR LIFE – the people you want to invite to join our team. Again, don’t prejudge but star the people you would call your Dream Team (they may be looking for extra income, be health conscious, be mission-driven, fun!). TEXT THOSE 5 NAMES TO YOUR UPLINE RIGHT NOW.  We want to start sharing Juice Plus with these people first – as we know some individuals require multiple exposures before ordering and perhaps more before joining our team. We will coach you on each step until we meet with your potential dream team members. This is where the fun really begins!

5. Placing Orders

You may already be a customer with Juice Plus+ under your sponsor. If so, you will want to call corporate and have that order moved under you, so you get credit the next time it ships. Simply call Distributor Support at 901-850-3000 (save this number for future reference... do it now!) and tell them you signed up to be a distributor and want to move your order. 

Or maybe it's time to order your own Juice Plus+ product. If so, you will do that on your Virtual Office. Log in and then click on "My Customers" and "Submit Customer Order". Here's a short video to walk you through the process. (You can even do this straight from your smartphone. After you log into your Virtual Office on your phone for the first time -- it's mobile friendly -- you can save your Virtual Office On the Go -- VOGO -- to your home screen for easy future access.)

You can place orders for your customers on your Virtual Office just like you did for yourself in the above training. Or, you can encourage people to order for themselves through your personal Juice Plus+ website. Your customers can order every product there, but they can’t place Children’s Health Study orders on your site. That is one order you must place for them on your Virtual Office. 

What is the Children's Health Study? An adult can put a child (age 4-18 or full time undergrad student) on the CHS for up to 4 years as long as they continue to take Juice Plus+.  Here’s a video that shows you how to place a CHS order in your Virtual Office. Please ask your upline or message a team lead if you have questions with this process.

6. Communication & Education

An important part of this journey is our communication with your upline & team! We have our Shining Star FB page as well as ‪#‎Team‬Trigger group that you’ll be added to for most of our communication and training tools (under files). We also use a free app called Voxer to connect and message each other which you can download on any smartphone. Please download it now if you don’t already have it. The beauty of Voxer is you can message us when it’s convenient for you, and we can answer back when it’s convenient for us. 

As for staying connected and up to date on all the latest in our business, continue to educate yourself. We prefer our team to be active in "revenue-producing" activities, but there are a few training calls you need to make a priority each week to grow your business.

Juice Plus+ products have been on the market for over 24 years, but what is new and exciting in our company is our Transform 30/120 Program! Listen to  Dr. Mitra Ray explain the basics of what this program can do for people with regards to detox, weight management, control cravings and more. Get to know this program, experience it for yourself, and share it! This is the tool that will grow your business and grow it fast.

Three things I have noticed for those using T30 successfully:

3. GoPro Training! Getting plugged into Go Pro has been so magical for many on our team. Learning NETWORK MARKETING tools has taken our business from sharing with passion to sharing with passion AND business sense! Eric Worre has a profound way of teaching tools to keep your business simple, yet impactful which is done by being intentional with your business. If your goals are financial (which in all honesty, your paycheck is a direct reflection of how many people you are helping), get plugged into his book, audios, videos, his site, his live trainings!

8. Your Story, Your Experience

Everyone has a story so start with writing your own personal Juice Plus+ Story. Even if you haven’t received your Juice Plus yet, you have a story of why you chose to start taking Juice Plus+. Speak from your heart and keep it short (less than 20-30 seconds) and then practice, practice, practice. Get with your sponsor and you can roll play your story. 

Keep your story short and simple.

Example, here is Amy's story:

I first learned about Juice Plus at a fitness conference 8 years ago. My husband and I knew we didn’t eat enough fruits and veggies and immediately ordered the product. Knowing that Juice Plus+ has clinical research is what really sold me on the products and since adding Juice Plus+ to our daily diet; I have healed from systemic inflammation in my body that has allowed me to run again. My kids are rarely sick and I have peace of mind knowing that I am getting a wide variety of nutrients that my body needs to protect it from disease.

So when and how do you “use” your story? Learn this phrase: "I MAY HAVE SOMETHING THAT CAN HELP."

The first step is a having a conversation, either by phone or in person. Asking questions and listening – I mean REALLY listening. Every single day you hear people say I’m tired; I have been sick and my kids are sick too; we’re so busy and eating too much fast food… THIS is a great opener to use that magic line and share your story. One of the most important components of a great story is your sincerity and heart. As you are sharing your story with your family, friends, colleagues, you will be well received if you are sharing from a place of honesty, humor, and humility (no hype just hope). Remember, it’s not about you, but what your story can do for them! Your goal in sharing your story is TO INTRIGUE THEM ENOUGH TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP. That could be watching a video, attending an event, joining a FB party, attending our team Webinar or setting up an attraction call with your upline. Then you have opened the door to better health for them and their family! Your goal is not to get them to say YES to JP from your story. It’s to get them to say YES to learning more!

9. Having the Conversation

Here is a potential conversation you could have after identifying a need for the capsules or chewables:

“…I would really love to share something with you, Sarah. If there was a way I could show you…
- how you could improve your immune system 
- a way to keep your kids healthier this flu season
- a way to help your father improve his health
…is that something you would be open to learning about?” or
…is that something you would want to take a look at?”

(They say yes, what is it?) 
“It’s Juice Plus+. Have you ever heard of it?”
(Yes – then say “so you take it too?” or No – then continue with verbiage.)

YOUR STORY HERE
I first heard about Juice Plus+…

It made complete sense to me because…

I love it and will take it forever because…”

“May I make a suggestion?”

(Sure.) Then say one of the following…

“I’d love for you to meet my friend, (sponsor’s name and say something about him/her like she’s been eating JP for years, etc.). If I sent you a short video, would you watch it and (sponsor) and I could call to get your thoughts and answer any questions you may have.” OR

“I’m hosting (or) My friend is hosting an educational event on Facebook that you can plug into, would you like me to send you an invite? You can hop on and learn more at your convenience.”

“I’m having a wine and wellness at my house where you can learn more, are you available…” OR

“I’m hosting (or) My friend is hosting a smoothie tasting where you can learn more, are you available…?” OR

“We have a speaker coming to town…”

(Optional close)“I’m excited for you to check it out. If you like what you learn, GREAT, I can help you take the next step! Worst case scenario, we get to hang out and learn together…no hard feelings. Fair enough?”

Recently, my favorite phrase when talking to people about Juice Plus is “Have you Considered….?” Try that with the next person you talk to…or use it as a way to present Juice Plus to businesses or doctors. Ex. When talking to a restaurant…”Have you considered adding a whole food protein shake or bar to your menu?”; to a doctor : “Have you considered offering whole food nutrition to your patients that can help them improve their immune function? Would you be interested in information that could create a secondary income source for your practice by sharing the most well researched nutritional product in the world?”

10: EVENTS: Fill Your Calendar

Events are the key to success! An event doesn’t mean you have to host in your home (although home events are a LOT of fun!)…it could be anything from meeting a friend for coffee to a doctor giving a formal lecture. There are existing events you can invite people to and there are ones you can create. Here are some options:

- Our Monthly LIVE Webinar via ZOOM (or a playback of the recording)
- Facebook parties – virtual online educational events (Download Healthy Living FB Party Script here:

- Prevention Plus+ Lectures around the country – check the “Events” tab on your Virtual Office for when and where they are taking place and then invite your guests to go with or without you.

- Meeting one-on-one for coffee (you can share your story and show them a short video or walk them through the Live Life to the Plus+ presentation booklet from your Starter Kit)

- Sending a video link and setting up a time to follow up on the phone

- Smoothie Tastings or Wine & Wellness events in your home (you can simply share your JP story and make a couple smoothies – JP Complete just shaken with almond milk and/or in the blender with frozen fruit; You can show a short video and/or share your Live Life to the Plus+ presentation booklet information)

When you are planning for events and don't quite know what to share, here is a great video on what to do, what to say, and how to do it! We definitely like to promote Transform 30 (or Transform 120), so people can feel the full effect of what Juice Plus+ does in the body!

11. Promoting for Events

When inviting to events use CALL, SEND, CALL! You can text/pm message, FB event, text/pm message). In reality, the excitement in your voice is what is going to get people to your events! Don't be afraid to pick up the phone.

Looking for a flyer/invite for your event? You can create your own flyer using the Juice Plus+ Creative tool on your Virtual Office. This is also where you can access some creative tools for Facebook posts, and you can  print order forms and business cards. Go to your Virtual Office – Click on “Tools” and “Juice Plus+ Creative”.

12. Fast Tracking & Points

Don’t let the numbers confuse you…keep it simple and if you have any questions make sure you ask! Attached is a document from your Virtual Office titled “Fast Track and Points Chart” (can be found under “Training” – Mission Driven System – under New Team Member heading). It’s a written description of the “Roadmap to Success” along with a chart explaining the price, profits and points for every product we sell. Read the top of this attachment to see exactly what needs to be accomplished for promotions and bonuses. We will focus on #1 – 500 points in 30 days from 3 households (including your own). So easy! Then, we will focus on helping others duplicate that same Healthy Living Plan (HLP) 500+ to accomplish what’s listed for #2-#5. The points and requirements are listed on this attachment as well as on page 2 and 3 in the Starter Guide. Remember the 500 points is any compilation of products – 3 Trio capsule or chewable orders is common. You have 30 days to do this but it often happens in one day.

For those of you who are more visual - this is a picture view of what you'll be doing. HOWEVER, please still read the attachment in Post 13. Once you've read that attachment, contact your sponsor and ask them to help you confirm what your total promotion points are to date.

13. Building a Team

Time to build your team and change more lives- let’s work on your business story. You heard mine in my intro video. It’s really about “dripping” what you love about the company and this virtual franchise opportunity. There are several steps that are effective for attracting quality people to your team:

- First is sharing your business story to intrigue them. 
- Ask some questions to feel them out… “Have you ever considered a home-based business?”

- Two options for inviting to team:

“I have no idea if this is for you or not, but I thought of you because…____...are you open to learning more about what I do to see if it’s a good fit.” Then, share a Virtual Franchise exposure (like one of the safe share business video links)

OR

When team building, think of these three words: Experience, Share, Join. Say something like…“Once I experienced Juice Plus+, I naturally found myself sharing it with others. I wanted people in my life who I loved to know about this. When I learned that the mission statement of this company was to inspire healthy living around the world, I wanted to be part of this mission. Would you be open to some more information?” When they say YES - Schedule an attraction call with your upline ASAP! 

Building a team is so important! See how building a team and helping more people get healthy is not only the best part of this job, but also the best way to create residual income!

14. Care Funnel w/TeamRock

So now you have customers.... whats next?

a. How to Get a New Customer: listen to the webinar by Jennifer Meyers.

b. Fill out a New Customer Questionnaire: this questionnaire will help you determine a customers expectation of what they want to experience on our products. After being on Juice Plus+ for 90-120 days, you will do a Juice Plus+ Effect Survey with your customer. Having this initial customer questionnaire will be a great way to compare results during the first 4 months of being on Juice Plus+.

c. Send 30 Day One Simple Change forms (available for adults and kids).

d. Add to Facebook Group: We have a team customer Facebook page HERE that creates a community of customer where people can share experiences. You can add recipes, workouts, motivational quotes, etc.

e. Do Excellent Customer Care! Download the customer care tracking form.

f. Always prompt customer to share result.

g. Join our Mission.

h. Grow your team and read more about adding a new team member and how to help them grow their business fast!

This is a fantastic website that provides the foundation of a strong business! Follow the steps of the Care Funnel and you will keep happy, healthy customers and turn them into Raving Fans and possibly your next team member!

15. DMO (Daily Method of Operation)

So what do you do to grow your business on a daily basis? The key to growing quickly is to be CONSISTENT and work your Juice Plus+ business at least a little every day! If you do this, you will grow fast and create lasting momentum and have a LOT of fun in the process! 

Check out our DMO (Daily Method of Operation) under the files tab on #Teamtrigger FB page to download your copy. Fill your schedule and use the DMO to map out WHO you will be talking to every day; or you can do a big texting blitz on Monday and message 20-40 people, and continue to work from that all week. Eric Worre will tell you... SUCCESS LOVES SPEED!

Whatever you decide to do, use your upline for attraction calls, messaging blitz, and stay in contact (for accountability when you are reaching for a fast track, try to be in contact daily or every other day if possible)!

16. Finding Your WHY

We already discussed how important COMMUNICATION is in this business, but now I want you to COMMIT! I want you to answer these questions and share them with your Sponsor & Team Lead to make sure we know what motivates you, how we can help, how we can push and inspire you!

- What is your “Why” for doing your business?
- How much would you need to earn each month in order to make this business worth your time?
- How many hours could you commit each week to develop that kind of income?
- How many months would you work those kind of hours in order to develop that kind of income?
- When you get discouraged or are having a rough time, would you like me to be persistent in contacting your or leave you alone?
